Nappinorppa.fi on Pinpopsin rintanappiosasto — painotalon, joka on muuttanut asiakkaidensa ideoita puettaviksi esineiksi jo vuosia. Julkaisimme Nappinorppa.fi verkkokaupan, koska rintanappien tilaaminen verkosta oli turhan hankalaa: piilotetut hinnat, ei vedoksia, eikä tietoa siitä milloin rintanapit saapuvat.
Näin työskentelemme
Hinnat heti näkyvissä, ei piilokuluja. Maailman helpoin selaimessa toimiva rintanappien suunnittelutyökalu. Ilmaisia suunnittelupohjia upeiden rintanappien toteuttamiseen. Vedos ennen kuin mitään painetaan. Pysyvä seurantasivu tilauksellesi. Ja oikea ihminen joka opastaa kun sitä tarvitset.
Missä olemme
Pinpops Oy palvelee Suomea ja Eurooppaa Helsingin painostamme, olemme kotimainen yritys ja toiminut jo vuodesta 2013. Jokainen tilaus tulee Helsingin toimipisteestämme ja tarkastetaan käsin ennen kuin se lähtee matkaan.
Laadunvarmistuksen jälkeen Norppa pinkaisee evät läpsyttäen matkaan kohti asiakasta.
Entä yllätyskulut?
Ei niitä ole. Kassalla näkyvä loppusumma on se, jonka maksat rintamerkeistä. Toimituskulut ja alv lasketaan ja näytetään ennen kuin syötät korttitietoja, eikä jälkikäteen ilmesty mitään.
Ei käsittelymaksua. Ei korttilisää. Ei salaperäistä "painatuksen aloituskulua". Pelkkiä rintanappeja — emmekä edes pyydä tippiä. Norppa on valmis läpsyttelemään myös kilpailijoiden hinnat!

Nappinorppa is operated by Pinpops Ltd, Kirkonkylantie 103, 00740 Helsinki, Finland (VAT FI25387758). These terms are short because the deal is simple: you send us a design, we show you a proof, you approve it, we print your buttons and deliver them.
The order
The price, quantity, size, finish, production time and shipping you choose at checkout are the order. The total shown on the payment page is the total you pay. Prices include Finnish VAT where it applies. A business with a valid EU VAT number buys at 0% VAT under the reverse-charge rule; deliveries outside the EU are VAT-free, and any import VAT or duties are either included in your order (when you choose that at checkout) or payable on delivery, as stated on your order.
Your proof, then production
Nothing is printed until you approve a digital proof on your order page. Production time counts from your approval, not from the order date, and delivery time is added on top. Once you approve the proof the design is final and can no longer be changed. Check size, cropping and spelling carefully — what you approve is what we print.
Because every order is custom-made to your specification, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply once production has started (Consumer Protection Act, ch. 6 §16). You can cancel free of charge at any time before you approve your proof.
Your artwork
You keep every right to the artwork and text you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful, hateful or harmful; we may decline to print anything we consider to be. By ordering you give us permission to store, process, resize and print your artwork in order to fulfil the order, and to show your finished buttons in our gallery unless you ask us not to.
Quality
If your buttons arrive damaged, or do not match the proof you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint them or refund you — your choice. Small colour differences between a screen and print are normal and are not a defect. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Delivery
We ship with the carrier and speed you choose at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we deal with the carrier; you deal with us.
Payment
Payment is taken by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal or Paytrail, depending on the storefront). We never see or store your card number. Invoice payment, where offered, is due within 14 days.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute will be brought in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland — or, if you are a consumer in the EU, the courts of your own country of residence as the law allows. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Nappinorppa is a custom-button print shop operated by Pinpops Ltd, Kirkonkylantie 103, 00740 Helsinki, Finland. This page explains, in plain words, what we store about you and why.
What we store
Your order details. Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and, for businesses, company name and VAT number. We need them to print, deliver and invoice your order and to answer you about it.
Your artwork and designs. The files you upload and the designs you make in the online designer. They are stored with your order so we can print, proof and, if you ask, reprint it. Designer workspaces that are never ordered are deleted 30 days after the last change.
Order events. A log of what happened to the order — payment received, proof approved, shipped — so we can help you when you ask.
Messages you send us through the contact form, so we can answer them.
That is the full list. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The site stores a small key in your browser so your designer workspace and order page can be found again; that is all.
Your order page
Every order has a tracking page reachable by a private link. It shows the order status and proof but no personal details; your receipt, which does, is only ever sent to the email address on the order.
Who else sees your data
Only the services needed to fulfil the order: our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Paytrail), our email service, the carrier delivering your parcel (FedEx), and, for EU VAT numbers, the EU VIES validation service. Each receives only what it needs for its job. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for as long as bookkeeping law requires (six years in Finland). Artwork and designs are kept with the order so you can reorder; ask us and we will delete them earlier. Contact-form messages are deleted once answered.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or — where the law allows — have it deleted. Use the contact form on this page. If you are in the EU you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Children
Our shop is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
